Bilo Guides FAQ 한국어

Frequently asked questions

How to use it

The part you do on the web, in 55 seconds.

What is Bilo?

You describe your idea and get a blueprint with an estimated cost, then it helps you build through your own Claude.

Do I need Claude?

Yes, you need your own Claude account. The usage for writing things comes out of your own Claude plan. Follow the connection guide.

What's the difference between free and paid?

The interview and a preview of the blueprint are free. The full blueprint, start guide and project kit are in the Launch package. See pricing for the price. Your Claude plan is billed separately.

Do you read my code?

No. Bilo does not read or store your code.

What data do you store?

Your interview answers, the blueprint made from them, and the information needed to confirm payment and access. See the privacy policy for details.

Can I get a refund?

Refund terms are in the refund policy. Please read them before you pay.

How do I cancel?

The Launch package is a one-time payment, so there is no subscription to cancel. For account and data requests see the terms and privacy policy.

Can I trust AI-generated output?

AI output can be wrong. Every number in the blueprint is an estimate with a source link and the date we checked it; re-check on the official page before important decisions.

Is this legal or tax advice?

No. It is general information, not legal or tax advice. Talk to a professional about payments, personal data and taxes.

Do you guarantee a launch or earnings?

No. We never promise a launch date or revenue. Costs and timing are shown only as estimates.

Which languages are supported?

Korean and English.

What if I get stuck while building?

Paste the error message as-is and get likely causes and next steps in plain words. If you are still stuck, start with the guides.

Bilo works by connecting to your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT, …). You need an account with that AI, and the usage for writing things comes out of your own AI plan.
