How to add a custom connector to Claude
Open the Connectors screen in Claude's settings, choose "Add custom connector", enter a name and the address, and add it. A free plan can use one custom connector. Screen labels can change with updates.
Do it in this order
- Sign in to Claude Open the Claude desktop app or claude.ai and sign in with your account.
- Open Connectors in settings Go to the Connectors screen inside settings.
- Add custom connector Choose "Add custom connector" and enter a name and the server address.
- Leave auth at the default Keep the default authentication, leave Client ID and Secret under Advanced settings empty, and press "Add".
- Allow sign-in When the service's sign-in window appears, allow it.
